We manufacture precision wire from platinum, platinum alloys, gold, silver, nickel, copper, thermocouple alloys, resistance alloys, and other specialty metals. Through tightly controlled drawing, heat treatment, and inspection processes, we manufacture precision wire with exceptional dimensional accuracy, consistent mechanical properties, and repeatable performance, supporting projects from prototype development through high-volume production.

Most of our metals and alloys are drawn to diameters as small as .0003", and round wire can be rolled to flat wire and ribbon as thin as .0002" with width-to-thickness ratios from 2:1 to 75:1.
